Summer House

The Summer House is a condominium community in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. There are two Summer house communities with A1A dividing the two. The neighborhoods are characterized by lush landscaping, and large oak trees, creating a picturesque environment. This community consists of more than 450 condos ranging from 460 to over 1,300 square feet with varying floor plans, and 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each complex has its own amenities, but because it is the same condo association you can travel across A1A to use the other amenities.
