Brookwood

Brookwood is one of the many neighborhoods that make up the Nocatee master planned community. Located in Jacksonville, the Brookwood neighborhood is located on the Duval county side in the southeast corner of Nocatee. This neighborhood is in a great location, just off the Nocatee Parkway. This beautiful neighborhood is close to major highways and the intracoastal and the beach.

The neighborhood of Brookwood offers approximately 110 single-family homes built by Lennar Homes, and D.R. Horton. Floor plans are 1,250 to over 3,000 square feet with beautifully designed spacious floor plans and high-end finishes.
