Courtyard by Marriott in Jax Beach Sells for Over $26 Million
The Courtyard by Marriott in Jacksonville Beach has been sold in a recent transaction that reflects ongoing interest in the region's hospitality sector.
The hotel was acquired by an investment group with a significant portfolio in the hospitality industry, purchasing it from its previous owners who had operated the property for several years. Noble Investment Group, who also owns the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass finalized the sale on August 1, 2024. The property, located at 1617 1st Street North, features 150 rooms and is renowned for its prime beachfront location. The new owners plan to retain the Courtyard by Marriott brand while upgrading and enhancing the hotel's offerings. They aim to continue its role as a key accommodation option for visitors to the Jacksonville Beach area. This acquisition is part of a broader trend of increased investment in Jacksonville Beach's hospitality market, driven by the area's growing appeal to both leisure and business travelers.
