Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens Receives Largest Donation to Date!

The Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens recently received a $1 million grant from the River Branch Foundation, marking the largest contributions to date. This substantial funding will be instrumental in advancing several key projects, including the expansion of the Arboretum’s walking trails, the creation of new educational programs, and the enhancement of its conservation initiatives. Additionally, the grant will support the development of new amenities, such as upgraded visitor centers and interactive exhibits, aimed at enriching the visitor experience. This support underscores the Arboretum’s role as a vital community resource and its commitment to environmental education and preservation.
