V Pizza is planning a new restaurant in Durbin Crossing

V Pizza's planned expansion in St. Johns County will be its 13th location. They aim to build an 8,000-square-foot restaurant with outdoor seating at 150 Longleaf Pine Parkway in Durbin Crossing. The site, west of St. Johns Parkway, is part of a developing area anchored by the Borland Groover Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center, with land owned by Borland Groover through Durbin Crossing Properties LLC.

The St. Johns County Planned Use and Zoning Board approved the project on Sept. 5. The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will review the rezoning at a future meeting, but V Pizza’s application is not yet on the agenda.
